Antlers Gallery is a UK based art gallery and publishing house selling original artworks and limited edition prints.
Original Artworks can be found through navigating the ‘Artist’ Section of the website and browsing the images of available works. Limited edition prints can be found in the ‘Shop’ section of the site.
All orders are hand packed by our team in Bristol, UK and will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of your order. If you need your items in a rush – let us know as we can often be much quicker!
I want to buy an original artwork from your artists – what should I do?
If you would like to purchase and original artwork by one of our artists please contact us directly to speak to a member of staff who will be happy to discuss any purchase with you. We we can be contacted on 07780 503 180 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are in Bristol you can also come by the gallery to speak to our staff and see the work in person. We are generally open 10 -7 weekdays and by appointment – but best to call in advance as we could be away from the gallery, at an off site exhibition or art fair.
What payment methods do you accept?
In the gallery accept cash or cheque, Visa and Mastercard. We also accept the Bristol Pound.
Online we accept bank transfer or Paypal.
Prices and payment
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change. Prices will be charged in GBP. We will list shipping costs as a separate charge on the invoice.
Online orders of limited edition prints will be dispatched ASAP and should be with you within 7 working days from the placement of your order – often much before.
We send all limited edition prints using Royal Mail Special Delivery so that they can be tracked and signed for on receipt. This is the safest and most efficient way for your print to get to you. This covers all limited edition print orders within the UK, International Delivery will vary.
Multiples and apparel products will be sent by First Class post and should arrive within 7 working days of your order being placed.
Original artworks will be couriered in agreement with the you – email the gallery for more information on this and for a quote for delivering to your location.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
We take every care to ensure that your purchase from us reaches you safely. However, if there is any damage to your order when it arrives, or we have made an error with your order, we will send a replacement piece or provide a full refund to your account including postage costs incurred in getting the damaged item back to us.
To help you with your purchase, we attempt to give a clear representation of the products on our website by providing detail images and information about the medium and sizing.
You have the opportunity to cancel your order within 7 days of placing it and we will give you a full refund.
If the order has been dispatched you are advised to return the goods promptly in order to receive a refund. You are advised to use an insured parcel service which requires a signature on delivery as we will not be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. If there is a fault with your product we will normally offer an exchange or refund (at our discretion).
If you wish to return your product for any reason please email email@example.com including reference to the order and why you would like to return the item as well as the Paypal account from which the order was made.
Please then post the order back to us safely packaged so that it arrives with us within 10 days of the order arriving to you – you should include in this package a note with your name, email and order number. We will either refund your account or give you store credit for the value of your purchase on our receipt of the unwanted goods. We must ask that you cover the cost of the postage and recommend that you send the item with an insured parcel service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lots or damaged in transit.
Can I change my order before it is sent?
If we haven’t yet shipped the order then it may be possible to amend it. To change your order please email us with your order number and details of the amendment(s) you require. We will reply to your e-mail to confirm if the amendment has been possible. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped it won’t be possible to amend it
Cancellation by Antlers
We reserve the right to cancel any order if: one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or there is insufficient stock to cover your order. In this case we will notify you by email and will refund any money credited to us from your account within 30 days. We will not be liable to pay any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
We take a responsible approach to data protection and never pass on your details to third parties, from time to time we may use your details to inform you of exhibitions etc., if you do not wish to receive any communications please indicate this when placing your order.
Can I track my order?
For items sent Special Delivery, when we have dispatched your order we will send you an email confirming this, it will contain your Royal Mail tracking number.
How will my print be packaged?
We have different packaging methods depending on the size of the order which we have carefully considered to ensure that your purchase arrives in pristine condition, as well as being the most cost effective for you.
Can I see my print in real life before purchasing?
If you live in the Bristol area please feel free to come into the gallery and have a look. We usually keep most of our prints with us, but if you contact us beforehand on firstname.lastname@example.org, we can ensure that we have the ones you want to look at. We can also put together a selection of others that you may be interested in along with framed examples.
